Q1: Is the leather genuine cow leather ?

A1: No. The leather is micro-fiber leather, a kind high quality artificial leather, high strength and good abrasion resistance. If you like genuine cow leather cover, you also can find it in my store, or contact the customer service to find it.

Q2: When will the parcel be shipped out after I place the order ?

A2: My company have enough available stock and will ship out the parcel within 1-2 days. Some customized product need 3-4 days to be shipped out.

Q3: My steering wheel is similar with the item, but not same, is it also suitable ?

A3: No, the cover is made for special car model, if not same, can not fit. If you can not find the cover for your car or not sure whether it can fit or not, you can contact the customer service to confirm it.

Q4: My steering wheel has original old leather, do I need to remove the old leather ?

A4: No, don't remove the original leather, otherwise the steering wheel cover will not fit.
