Connect your EL's 2 pin to the black connector at one end and put a DC 9V-12V to the +RED/-BLACK cable end.
No complicated circuit board or electronic components everywhere. Nice and Simple.
2 side holes for you to fix on board easily.
DC can be from battery or any home-use transformer.
