Perfectly fits to Burger press and other 4.5 inch burger press, making patties intact during removal. They can also be used to separate pressed patties, preventing patties from stick together and helping retain moisture and flavor while freezing.
Patty papers are made of food grade virgin wood pulp, does not contain any animal fats. The paper discs are waterproof, greaseproof, heat resistant to 450 Fahrenheit and reusable for about 3-5 times.
The papers are sealed with air tide package, preventing any contaminations during shipping. Zipper bag enables you to seal it after every time of use.
They can be used for food cooking, baking, steaming, roasting, grilling, freezing for burgers, cookies, tarts cake and mousse, and work as Parchment paper and liner in baking molds.
