August DTA245 Amplified Digital TV with Signal Booster The August DTA245 Portable Digital  is designed for digital reception specifically.With a standard coaxial connection, it can be easily used with almost any portable or living room television set.

With a USB powered amplifier, it is ideal for USB TV Tuners, as you can simply plug it into a spare USB port to benefit from amplified reception without having to find a plug socket. This also makes it great for portable TVs and multimedia players with USB ports giving you optimal reception when you are on the go. For bedroom, kitchen and living room sets, the August UMC502 (sold separately) USB plug adaptor can be used when a USB port is not available. Capable of receiving frequencies of VHF 170-230MHz and UHF 470-869MHz it is ideal for ATSC broadcasting.
