Before replacing the four-way vae,use a plastic plug to block the four nozzles to prevent impurities from entering the four-way vae. Before welding,check the position of the four-way vae slider inside the main vae body of the four-way vae,which should be on the left when normal. If in the middle or on the right,tap the vae body and knock the slider to the left. 2. The of the priority vae must be removed before desoldering the four-way vae to avoid burning the during the welding proce. 3. Before desoldering the four-way vae,the four-way vae must be wrapped with a damp cloth and the four-way vae aembly should be welded. Pay attention to the direction of the flame when welding,and do not allow the flame to heat the vae body. 4. Immerse the four-way vae aembly in water for replacement. In order to control the relative angle between the four-way vae aembly lines,a method of removing one and then welding one can be taken. 5. When installing the four-way vae aembly,the four-way vae must be wrapped with a damp cloth,and the direction of the welding flame should be noted,and the flame should not be heated against the vae body. 6. When replacing the four-way vae,in order to ensure the welding quality of the copper pe,sier-containing brazing filler metal should be used as much as poible. If there is no sier-containing brazing filler metal,copper-phosphorus brazing filler metal and fluxing agent can be used for welding. 7. If poible,nitrogen filling protection should be taken during welding to reduce the formation of oxide skin. After the welding is completed,the oxide skin inside the four-way vae is purged with nitrogen. When cooling,care should be taken to avoid moisture.
