Trouble shooting

If the device does not work that have some possible as follow:

1: if can not power on ,pls check the battery have not power or low power,so pls recharger battery about 8-10 hours

2: if can not successed call the device or the device can not know sim card,pls reinstall sim card again or change other sim card (note:the sim card have to support 2G GSM network)

3: if can not reply tracking position after call the device,pls check the device sim card should open call id function and have enough remain money .

4: if can not reply command,pls check you send format,the end of command can not has any invisibility symbol,for example space key,enter key

5: if can not get the gps signal or can not tracking or can not use gps   ,pls take the device to outdoor or change a p.and also the front of device towards sky. Beause indoor has no gps signal

6: if still have other problem ,pls ask client do detail describe so that we solve it

Pls check whether OK about accessories and correct operation choose sim card right .work environment have the GSM signal GPS signal
