Welding Control Board includes main board and display board, 40A bidirectional thyristor, excluding welding transformer, welding pen and other supporting tools.
The Spot Welder Control Board has a grid voltage compensation function, which can automatically adjust the compensation output according to the change of the power supply.
Spot Welder Module is developed for DIY or simple battery welding machine, mainly used for single battery or battery pack plated welding.
Welding Control Module isolates strong and weak currents through optocouplers, designs reliable zero-crossing detection and voltage detection circuits to ensure accurate phase shift of the silicon controlled rectifier.
