Rolling Frequency:
0.5mm: 2-3 times a week

Directions:
1. Disinfect the Roller Head with before and after each use.
2. Use or a cleanser to clean your skin before the micro-treatment.
3. Never share the roller. After disinfecting, roll back and forth about 10 times on the desired area vertically, then horizontally, and finally diagonally.
4. After you've done the rolling, apply a vitamin and mineral enriched skin care product such as a cream, serum or mask to dramatically enhance the results.
