Description: Fiber whetst one (commonly known as ultra-fine st one) is a combination of high-purity ceramic fiber and thermoplastic resin, with high hardness, wear resistance and not easy to break.

Ceramic fiber whetst one can grind molds of many different materials. Most suitable for generally difficult grinding, such as narrow groove walls, grooves, holes, scratches, ribs and micro. Particularly suitable for quick removal of hardened surfaces of molds after EDM.
Grinding can use water or oil as an abra sive.
Granularity: P220, P320, P400, P600, P800, P1000, P1200

220# and 320# are used to remove the hardened surface of the mold after EDM and mechanical rough cut ting.
400#, 600# are used to remove fine machining marks and general grinding.
800#, 1000#, 1200# are used for fine grinding or polishing before mirror processing.
