Operation Steps
Plug in the power suly or battery, connect the ph electrode to the left electrode connector, and remove the electrode cover.
Press the "ON/off" key to turn on the power.
Insert the two electrodes into the detected solution anently shake until the values stabilize.
Press "鈩?鈩? key, then select 鈩?鈩?measurement, press "MOOD" key, then select EC, CF, m range file. After use, press "on/off" key, turn off the power, clean the electrode with water, cover the protective sleeve.
Instrument Calibration
PH Profile Calibration
1. Insert the ph electrode into a standard buffer solution with a ph value of 6.86PH (25 鈩? anently shake.
2. Adjust the PH7 calibration knob with a small screwdriver, knowing that the display value is consistent with the ph value of the standard buffer solution at ambient temperature. 3. Clean the electrode, insert the electrode into the standard buffer solution of PH4.01 or PH9.18, and wait for the value to be stable, the display value should be within the tolerance of the buffer solution compared with the ph value.
EC, CF, m calibration
1. Press the "MOOD" key to select the "EC" file.
Speak the instrument into the 12880US/CM (12.88EC) standard solution anently shake. 2. Adjust the Cal Calibration knob with a small screwdriver until the display value is 12.88EC, rinse the electrodes with distilled water and dry with the filter paper. Insert the instrument into the 1413us/cm (1.41EC) calibration solution, and the display value should be within the allowable error range compared to the standard solution value.
In this way, the calibration of the instrument is complete.
The instrument must be re-calibrated in the following cases:
1. Replace the new electrode.
2. It has been used (or placed) for a long time after calibration. 3. The measurement accuracy requirements are particulay high.
Precautions
1. To gently shake the electrode when measuring, do not let the point has bubbles, wise it will affect the measurement results.
2. If the indication error is large and the EC value does not return to zero, the EC electrode should be inserted into the alcohol for a few seconds to clean the electrode. 3. If there is no protective fluid in the ph electrode protector or if it has not been used for a long time, the electrode must be activated for several hours in the sated KCL solution.
Notice:
1. Please allow 1-3mm error due to manual measurement.Pls e sure you do not mind before you bid.
2. The may have different as the difference display, pls understand.
