A:Nope!!This reason is that our Web Browser Developing Software based on IE Web Browser.s could be incompatible.

2.Q:Does it Email Photos Notifications?
A:Sorry.This function is not stable with the Server.So we wouldn't it any more.

3.Q:Why WiFi cannot configure successfully?Does it Dual Band Router 2.4G and 5G WiFi?
A: This is a 2.4GHZ ed camera and it does not 5GHZ network.Kindly refer the Instructional Video and the User Manual before use.

4.Q:What's the default pas.
A:The default pas is 888888.For your privacy, please modify the pas after you connect it.
