INSTALLATION STEPS:1. Unscrew the gear shir knob to get it off from your gear stick.2. Wrap a few turns with electric tape on your gear stithread to keep tight if neceary.3. Get off the aluminum alloy bottom cover of this shir head and put it on the shifting rod.4. Install the matching threaded adapter of blarubber sleeve on the shifting stick.5. Screw the stishift handle on the shifting rod with small screws by the wrench.6. Rotating aluminum bottom cover into the the car shift knob and tighten all up.
