Protection mechanism:

FX35 supports reverse protection.

OVP over voltage protection.The default protection value is 25.5V.But user can modify the values as required from 1.5V to 25.5V.Screen will display OVP and flashing after start over voltage protection and starts to alarm.

OCP over current protection.The default protection value is 4.10A.But user can modify the values as required from 1.0A to 4.1A.Screen will display OCP and flashing after start over current protection and starts to alarm.

OPP over power protection.The default protection value is 25.5W.But user can modify the values as required from 1.0W to 25.5W.Screen will display OPP and flashing after start over power protection and starts to alarm.

OTP over temperature protection.The default protection value is 80°.It can be modified from 40° to 80°.Screen will display OTP and flashing after start over temperature protection and starts to alarm.

P under voltage protection.The default protection value is 1.5V.But user can modify the values as required from 1.5V to 24.5V.Screen will display P and flashing after start under voltage protection and starts to alarm.In the battery discharge test, setting the appropriate P can effectively prevent the battery from being over-discharged, so as not to damage the battery.

OHP over timeout protection.User can set use time from 00:01 to 99:99 minute and also can turn ON/OFF OHP function by on ‘ON/OFF' at set mode.It is used to set work time.Screen will display OHP and flashing after OHP protection and starts to alarm.

OAP over discharge capacity protection.User can set discharge capacity from 00.01Ah to 99.99Ah and also can turn ON/OFF OAP function by on ‘ON/OFF' at set mode.It is used to set discharge capacity.Screen will display OAP and flashing after OAP protection and starts to alarm.

corV calibration display voltage.

LED/ alarm:LED indicator ON and OFF when load working;LED indicator OFF and OFF when load stop work;LED indicator keep flashing and ON when module start protection function.

Normal Display Mode:

Long pre on means keep pre on for more than 3 second.

Rotate potentiometer to adjust load input current.

Short pre on ‘ON/OFF' to turn ON/OFF load.

Long pre on ‘ON/OFF' to switch normal display mode and set mode.

Short pre on ‘SELECT' to switch display Load current/power/discharge capacity/discharge time at the second line.

Long pre on ‘SELECT' to switch load voltage and temperature at the first line.

Long pre on ‘ - ' to clear discharge capacity or discharge time when display discharge capacity or discharge time.

Parameter Set Mode:

Keep pre on ‘ON/OFF' for more than 3 seconds to enter set parameter interface.

Switch set parameter by short pre on ‘SELECT'.The parameter can be OVP/OCP/OPP/OTP/P/OHP/OAP/corV/corA.

Long or short pre on + or - to set parameter value.

OHP and OAP can be turn ON/OFF by short pre on ‘ON/OFF'.

Keep pre on ‘ON/OFF' for more than 3 seconds to save parameters after setting is complete.Then exit the settings interface.

Protection mode:

The module enters the protection mode when the load parameter exceeds the set value.

Short pre on ‘ON/OFF' can exit protection mode.
