A1: Because there are protective film on the screen, the stamp is on the protective layer, please don't worry, it is , never used, All In All, if you are not satisfied with the screen in any way, please just tear off the protective film.Tear off it from the green label of the corner of the screen.

A2: You can use it immediately after power on, don't need to install any APP, very convennient.

Q3: How to get clear picture ?

A3: First, Wipe the dust off the camera len, then, please try to adjust the distance from the and the object, the best clear distance is about 4-10cm 1.5 inch ~ 4 inch, You can get a clear picture in this range, and outside this range, too far or too close maybe the camera cannot do the best job for you. All on the market is the same, the observation distance is within the best focal range to obtain a clearer image.
