Features:
1. Use high-quality materials, durable
2. Adopt mature protection circuit, special IC and support disconnection protection
3. High quality high current ultra-low internal resistance MOS (internal resistance of a single MOS is as low as 3 millis)
4. Wide application range: lithium iron phosphate, ternary lithium battery, lithium cobalate, lithium manganate battery pack
5. Lithium battery protection board specially designed for lithium phosphate, ternary lithium battery, lithium cobalate and lithium manganate battery packs
6. It has perfect and stable charging and discharging protection functions, the battery cell hardware is balanced, the balance current is appropriate, and the balanced heating is reasonable, without affecting the performance of the battery pack
Pin mode:
P -: negative pole of load C -: negative pole of charger B -: negative pole of battery
Actual operation:
Output current: tap 80A; Same port 60A
Note: The lithium battery shall be charged with a special charger for lithium battery, and the lead-acid battery charger shall not be used. The lead-acid charging may have high-voltage breakdown of the MOS tube of the protective plate, causing the protective plate to be over charged and unprotected.
(1) Wiring method of 3 series and split ports (refer to wiring diagram of 3 series and split ports)
① Connect the three battery packs in series according to the connection method of the batteries in the wiring diagram of three series split ports.
② Connect the negative pole of the charger to the C - of the protection board and the negative pole of the load to the P -.
③ Connect the charger with the positive pole of the load and the positive pole of the three series batteries.
④ Connect the positive poles of the three battery packs with B+, B4 and B3 in sequence by using three wires according to the 3 series split connection diagram.
⑤ Connect the negative pole of the three strings of batteries to B -. B1, B2 and B - are short circuited.
⑥ After all wires are connected according to the 3-string split connection diagram, check whether they are correct, and use them after confirmation.
⑦ During use, when the indicator on the protection board is on, it means that the corresponding battery pack is in a balanced working state (that is, the battery is unbalanced at this time).
Common problem:
1. Can I use this shield for my battery?
A: There are two questions to consider if you can use this protection board: how many strings of your batteries are, you need to buy the protection board corresponding to the number of strings. Second, what is your battery made of? We have two kinds of protection plates: lithium iron phosphate and polymer. If your battery is lithium iron phosphate with a nominal value of 3.2V, you need to select lithium iron phosphate with a nominal value of 3.2V. If your battery is polymer (ternary, cobalt acid, lithium manganate battery) with a nominal value of 3.6V (or 3.7V), you need to select polymer with a nominal value of 3.7V.
2. How can I tell which material my battery is made of?
A: You can take a look at the nominal voltage of your battery. The lithium iron phosphate battery is generally 3.2V, and other batteries are generally 3.6V or 3.7V. You can also directly ask the seller of the battery what kind of material the battery is. Many buyers say that my battery is 18650 or 26650 soft bag. This is the shape, not the material! We cannot determine your battery protection parameters based on this.
3. How many safety boards should I choose?
Answer: The number of amps you choose depends on your load power. If you use split output, the output current is about 70A, and the power is about 800W. If you use the same output, the output current is 50A, and the power is about 600W.
4. My battery is 20AH. Can I use this protection board?
A: The capacity of your battery is not directly related to the current of the board. A large capacity is not a large battery, but mainly depends on the continuous current. That is, the larger your load is, the greater the continuous current of the protective board you choose is, which is not directly related to the battery capacity.
5. How should the charger voltage be set?
Answer: The lithium battery must be charged with a special charger for lithium battery. Do not use a lead-acid battery charger. The lead-acid charging may have high voltage breakdown of the MOS tube of the protective plate, causing the protective plate to be over charged and unprotected. Charger voltage setting: use the number of battery strings * 4.2V, which is the charging voltage of the non iron lithium battery. The charging voltage of the iron lithium battery is the number of battery strings * 3.60V, which is the charging voltage of the iron lithium battery. The charging current standard is 0.2 times the capacity.
Meaning of equalization: The battery pack is connected in parallel and connected in series with many electric cells. Each electric cell cannot be the same, so it can only be put into a group with similar performance when aembling. However, when charging, the inconsistent performance of each electric cell will lead to inconsistent voltage after charging. Equalization is to discharge the high voltage electric cell with a resistor while charging, and wait for the low voltage electric cell to charge up the voltage, To achieve the same voltage of each cell and improve the performance of the whole battery.
