The gear is designed with Oblique teeth, which is more tightly engaged and does not slip. The surface is hardened by DLC coating electroplating. It is wear-resistant and has the function of anti-rust and lubrication, and the printing effect is better.


The hardened steel extruder gear assembly is suitable for the original models X1 series and P1 series. It consists of a transmission gear and an active gear, which can feed the consumables into the hot end.


The handle is made of aluminum alloy. The official handle is made of plastic material, but if it is worn out after long-term use, it is easy to be damaged. Upgrading to a metal aluminum alloy handle can work longer and facilitate the replacement of extrusion gears. The metal material is more durable and increases the service life.


The hardened steel gear enables the extruder to print engineering consumables such as carbon fiber nylon, glass fiber, and nylon.
