This product is suitable for 3/8"(9.5mm) outer diameter beer & gas hosing.

No clamps needed.

The FFL(7/16"-20UNF) will suit for MFL ball lock & pin lock disconnects, both the plastic and version. And the MFL co2 regulators and MFL co2 manifold.
