Description:
The BL4600 wind solar hybrid charge controller is the strongest current focus tracking MPPT charging and boosted MPPT charging.
The first group of batteries is to track the current and focus on the highest power point of the MPPT to adjust the internal charging method to maximize the conversion of light energy into electrical energy. The second set of batteries is MPPT charging with low-voltage boost and high-voltage constant voltage tracking. Please recognize the technical characteristics when purchasing, so as to avoid misunderstanding.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
1. Industrial-grade main control , 16-level AD sampling accuracy, accurate real-time display of temperature, charging current, and discharging current, and theulative power generation is clear at a glance
2. Auto-focus MPPT tracking charging, high charging efficiency, non-stop detection during the charging process two-way focus tracking. Input 15V to 40V boost MPPT for efficient charging.
3. Large-screen LCD display, adjustable charging and discharging parameters UItra-wide charge and discharge can be adjusted. As long as you understand the characteristics of the battery and set its corresponding charging parameters, you can charge any battery. The output power off minute and hour can be adjusted, which is more convenient (the market only has no minute adjustment)
4. Complete 3-stage charge management, effectively protect the battery, and the battery is more durable.This controller is suitable for all kinds of lead-acid batteries (including open, sealed, and colloida. Lithium batteries require user-defined parameters).
5.To charge the 12V/24V/36V/48V/60V battery, the voltage value of the solar panel is 1.5 times the voltage value of the battery to be recharged.
6. Built-in overheating, overcurrent, short circuit, open circuit protection, reverse connection protection, when the fault is eliminated, the controller will automatically recover without damaging the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to short-circuit the boost output power port!
7. Two-way MOS tube anti-backflow circuit, high-power charging mode, ultra-low heat generation.
8. Both charging and discharging are combined with multiple MOS, high-power charging and discharging, and the Phoenix wing aluminum alloy has good heat dissipation performance
9.No battery is needed to supply power to the load, it is a real sunshine application.
Notice:
Regarding wind and solar input power, strictly follow the recommendations below.
1.The maximum wind input is 200W.
2.Maximum input power of solar panel:
   30A=300W
   40A=400W
   60A=600W
   100A=700W
SYSTEM CONNECTION:
1. Connect the positive electrode of the battery to the controller as shown in the figure, and the controller will automatically detect the battery voltage.
2. Connect the positive and negative poles of the load to the controller as shown in the figure, and be careful not to reverse them.
3. Connect the solar panel to the controller as shown in the figure.
4. Connect the wind generator to the controller as shown in the figure.
5. Rise Charging function, Or for power output,short circuit is strictly prohibited at any time!

No battery working mode:
Wind input 15V-50V, solar panel 18V input, ①Do not connect the battery., connect to the negative pole ②Load 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V drive work. The boost output voltage value is consistent with the load voltage value, and the load is finally connected.
