The motor is rated at 12V DC, and the measured 5-12V can run. Brushle motors that can support low-voltage 5V are rare. The PWM speed control signal is a 5V pulse signal. If you only need to run the PWM line and the start line at the highest speed and connect a 10K resistor in series to the positive pole of the power supply, you can do it. The PWM speed control board in the picture introduction needs to be purchased separately. Output a high level, so the motor will rotate at high speed for about one second when it is powered on.
The motor also has a signal output. Those who understand the microcontroller can do closed-loop control to achieve high-precision control of the speed. The signal output needs to be pulled up by a resistor of about 10K and needs a positive potential.
Although this motor does not have a forward and reverse socket line, there are already forward and reverse switchins on the main board. As long as you short two points with a line, you can choose the rotation direction you need, which is very convenient. See the description picture for details.
Note that the positive and negative poles of the brushle motor power supply cannot be reversed, otherwise the drive will be burned out.
The motor power supply and the PWM speed control signal must be connected at the same time to rotate. The motor will not rotate after the motor power supply is connected first and then the PWM speed control signal is connected. After the motor is running, do not adjust the speed to the minimum until the motor stops, otherwise Need to restart the power to turn.
Although the motor is packaged in the factory, it is estimated that the inventory time is relatively long. There are very few motors with slight rust in the middle of the bottom plate. The pictures are marked with close-up, which has no effect on the performance.
The actual test speed of the motor is as follows, and the maximum load current is as follows:
5V voltage: no-load current 0.2A, speed 7000 rpm.
12V voltage: no-load current 0.37A, speed 16000 rpm.
The motor weighs about 30 grams.
A 5P socket power cord is included at for wiring testing. The color of the line is . Be sure to read the introduction label to confirm the positive and negative poles, and do not look at the color of the wire to determine the positive and negative poles.
