A : Hello friend ,Because this game stick have different version (1500 games ,4700 games or 5000+ games ) .The letter on the box is printed with 1500 games by default, and we will use stickers instead .As this link is for 5000 games version ,we will use 5000+ games sticker to instead . hope to understand .

Q: Why do some games in the list have thumbnail displays and some games haven't?

A: The initial version is built in 926 games ,it have thumbnails , after that , we add more games to this system by ours.,so they haven't thumbnails .hope you could understand.

Q : Why product description write 5000 games, but we receive one with about 200 games only ?

A : There are 6 folders ,each folder have some inside. 200 games are just in one of the folders.you can check more games from other folder .  6 folders are 5000 games in total.

Q: Why is there no signal when the game console is connected to the TV screen?

A: If you plug the game console into the TV usb interface and find that there is no reaction, we have tested and we can conclude that the voltage may not be the same due to the voltage difference in each country. The solution we give is not to plug the game console directly into the TV. You can try to connect the power outlet with mobile phone's adapterelectric current 1A）,don't use TV as the power source.Please don't worry, this is only a small number of customers can not use, most of the customers can operate normally!

Q:Why P2 Control doesn't work？

A: P1 Control is the main controller, and P2 controller can only work after the game starts with two players . If you want to use the to operate on main menu , please set the controller to P1.
