Operating Information：

1.Remove the protective cap.
2.Turn the meter on by pressing the ON key.
3.Place the probe to the desired depth and saturate the soil if needed with deionized water. Or immerse the electrode in the solution to be tested.
4.Waitina for the reading to stabilize.
5.Press the "C/F" on to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
6.After use, turn the meter off by pressing the OFF key. Rinse the electrode with distilled water to minimize contamination.

Calibration.

1.Immerse the electrode in the distilled water. Activate it after a few hours.
2.Immerse the electrode in 1413 us/cm calibration solution. And stir it gently.
3.Unscrew the battery compartment cap on the top of the meter.
4.Allow the reading to stabilize and with a small screwdriver turn the calibration trimmer until the display shows "1.41"
5.Rinse the electrode with distilled water and suck it with filter paper.
6.lmmerse the electrode in 150 uS/cm calibration solution. gently shake t and wait for a stable display. The showing value and buffer solution's.value is within error range7.Rinse the electrode with distilled water and suck it with filter paper.The calibration is now complete.

FAQ

Q : Can the product be calibrated by itself? Is calibration fluid delivered?

A : Yes, the product can be calibrated by itself, but EC calibration liquid is not distributed. You need to purchase the EC calibration liquid by yourself. The more you pursue the accuracy, the more you need to calibrate the product frequently within a short period of time.

Q : Does the product distribute batteries? What is the type of battery?

A : Purchase 1 product is usually not delivered, you need to buy it yourself. Purchase more than 5 pieces to distribute the battery, the type of battery is 4x1.5V (AG13)

Replacement battery

If you cannot open the meter or the display fades, please check Power supply voltage (please replace the battery when it is lower than this voltage
4.5V). To replace the battery, unscrew and tighten the battery compartment cover
Replace all four 1.5V batteries, paying attention to their polarity.
