Since this is a new product, it will be difficult to open it for the first time. Please don't worry about this problem ar opening it several times. Since it takes a little air to make ice, it is recommended that the ice making water volume be 80% full here. Water increases in volume when it turns into ice. If the water in the kettle is too full, the kettle will easily burst when the water turns into ice. This is also the reason why the kettle is intact when many guests put in the water, but the kettle leaks ar taking it out of the refrigerator.

When the lid is tightened, the inside of the pitcher is in a vacuum state. Do not forcibly pull the pitcher out to prevent damage.

Take it out from refrigerator, and stay under room temperature for about 3mins, screw off the lid, pull the handles both sides to let the ice balls fall down.
