Descrtion:
EGP1000W power board is a supporting EG8010SPWM and EGS002 Sine-wave driver board dedicated power backpe, and applies to the following 3KVA unit.
EGP1000W power board has two operating modes: front stage ar the high-frequency DC step-up nsformer high voltage DC input power connector directly to the power board output mode(high frequency mode); direct input low voltage DC to board the power output voltage AC power connector ar boosting output frequency nsformer high-voltage AC (frequency mode). rs can select the operating mode according to the needs and power devices, and through the regulator AC output voltage adjustment potentiometer. (Note: Inductor LI Size About 2 mh. Inductor kernel: silicon aluminum)
EGP1000W power board for two modes of operation:
1, High-frequency modes:pre-first by a high-frequency DC step-up nsformer to the DC high voltage, and then connect this to the power of the DC high voltage power supply interface board; (schematic diagram as below ture shows.); Max output frequency for high frequency mode is 23.4KHz.
2, Power frequency modes:direct input low voltage DC to power board power connector, low voltage AC output, then boost output by frequency nsformer high-voltage AC.
rs can select the operating mode according to the needs and power devices, and by adjusting the AC output voltage adjustment potentiometer.
EGP1000W power board by a EGS002 sine wave driver board dedicated interfaces, eight power tube twenty-two composed of parallel full-bridge power unit, LC filter unit, low-voltage power management unit, voltage and current feedback unit and the temperature unit. Board can be installed and fan, and can open or close the cooling fan on the fan control function EGS002 according to temperature.
Board Power Interface:
EGP1000W power board has three power interface: Power Power Interface (P3, P4), drive power connector (P5) and fan power connector (P 1).
1, the power supply (P3, P4)
Mainly full-bridge power supply provides power to the output. Working at high frequency mode, the
power supply for a group of high-voltage DC power supply, to the output AC 220V, the input DC power voltage must be between 330V一450V, high-frequency nsformer high-voltage DC power supply can be DC I preure to get. Operating in frequency mode, the power supply for a group of low-voltage DC power supply voltage is usually not more than 60V, can be battery or other DC power supply.
2, The driving power supply(P5)
Mainly for SPWM control circuit and power tube drive circuit power supply, input voltage is+12V. Operating in the
high frequency mode, since the power supply voltage of 330V or more usually, it is neceary to another set of + 12V DC power supply separately for the driving circuits. Operating in frequency mode, the power supply voltage is usually not more than 60V, the power supply can be d to drive circuitry can also add a group+12V DC power supply through a separate circuit for driving the buck circuit board.
3, Fan power(P1)
Primarily to provide power for cooling fans, due to the cooling fan operating voltage, generally requires an external power supply fan, operating in frequency mode, but also by the power supply configuration juner JP2 choice for cooling fan pover.
4, AC output interface(P8, P9)
Board P8, P9 connector for AC output interface. When the high-frequency mode, the board (L3, C 13) provides 220V pure sine wave output directly ar the LC filter. When the frequency mode, the board LC filter circuit(L1, C13) may be omitted, with a thick copper wire filter inductor L1 shorted filter C13 is not welded, SPWM output wavefonn ar the plug-frequency nsformer and output filter 220V sine wave. Refer to section "4.3 frequency mode."
5, Power frequency voltage feedback interface(P6, P7)
P6 board. P7 interface for frequency voltage feedback interface, is d only when frequency mode.
