Add a networked device----setting---Advance Config---Wifi config----Input WLAN paword----Wait a moment-----It will succeed-----Now you will can Use 4G instead of wifi(the video Step four)

2: Does the camera support 2.4G and 5G WiFi? Why the camera failed to connect to my wifi network?

The camera only support use with 2.4GHZ wifi , it's can't support 5GHZ network.
