Instructions for use:
This module is an adjustable step-down module, and the output voltage can be changed by adjusting the voltage potentiometer. The input and output voltage difference is 2V. The IN- (input negative), IN+ (input positive), OUT- (output negative), and OUT+ (output positive) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise the module may be damaged.
1. How to use battery charging:
①Determine the float voltage and charging current of the you need, and the input voltage of the module;
②Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V;
③Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current at 10A current level, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value:
④The default delivery of the charging turn lamp power supply is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value). If you need to adjust, please adjust the turn lamp current potentiometer; (generally no need to adjust)
⑤Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the float voltage;
⑥Connect the battery and try charging.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are for the module input to connect to the power supply, and the output does not connect to the battery without load)
2. How to use LED constant current drive:
①Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage you need to drive the LED;
②Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
③Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current at 10A current level, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current;
④Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the LED working voltage;
⑤Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are for the module input to connect to the power supply, and the output is no-load without LED lights)
Note:
1. The positive and negative poles of the input and output terminals cannot be reversed, otherwise the module will be damaged;
2. This is a step-down module, the input voltage must be higher than the output voltage, and it cannot be boosted;
3. The conversion efficiency is related to the voltage difference and current of the input and output voltage;
4. The output current is greater than 2.5A or the output power is greater than 10W, and long-time work, please strengthen the heat diation.
