The RGB submersible LED Lights are powered by three AAA batteries. The creative LED lights are made of high quality Waterproof materials and could be used underwater.

Turn around the box of the light by following the arrow of the back of the base to turn on the led light. After that,you can turn on and turn off the light with the wirele e. For the RGB Light you can change to multi-color with the 24 keys e Controller

Mark: Flower Shape, Clear ABS Plastic Case. Multicolors LED Lights. Can stop at any ststic colors on the e Controller. After you put the 3AAA battery properly. It will light up at once. R-G-B Changing.

IR controller:

- 16 different static colors: pre the color on on the e to select color.

- Brightne: pre Up or Down on to increase or reduce the brightne of static lighting.

- Dynamic color changing effect: select Strobe after selecting your desired colors (Top 4colors and Botto colors). To achieve dynamic changing effects, Select from Fade , Flash and Smooth to view colors changing in default order.

Step 1- Take off the plastic tab from the bottom of the controller..

Step 2- Turn On by preing "ON" on on the e controller

Step 3-Turn Off by preing "OFF" on on the e controller

Step 4- Set up the static Colors by preing the 16 different colors on

Step 5- Pre "Flash"-"Fade"-"Smooth" to program the color changing way

Step 6-"Strobe" Function, Need choose the top 4colors and botto colors first ,then pre Strobe on.

Step 7-Use the two brightne and speed adjust ons to make it more fun, after you set the colors or the grogram.

Multi-purpose:

How to active the lights ?

- ---Twist to open the bases, Install 3 AAA Alkaline batteries properly

----Twist the base tightly to make sure the rubber right is sealed by the base, No gap.

----pull out the plastic tap from e controller to activate it, Pre ON. the light will keep static white color...If you want to turn it off. Pre OFF directly.

Warning:

1. Tighten the cap (clockwise rotation) until you cannot anymore before placing it under water. Water can erode light quickly if the cap is not at absolute tightest position.

2. Special occasion lighting only. Please take it out of the water after events. DO NOT keep it under water for more than 10 HOURS .
