This control board of spots welding machine is high output design, 4 gears of output adjustable, easy to adjust according to your welding requirements, and the welding process is more accurate. It supports welding 0.1-0.15mm nickel plated sheets with solid and beautiful welding spots. Two types are available, you can choose the control board only or the control board and complete accessory set according to your demands.



Features:

Working Principle: The welding process is based on the principle of high current and high temperature, rapidly melting part of the nickel sheet and cooling.

4 Gears of Adjustable: easy to adjust according to your welding demands, and the welding process is more accurate.

Nickel Plated Sheets: It supports welding 0.1-0.15mm nickel-plated sheets with solid and beautiful welding spots.

Recommended Working Source: 12.0V car starter , 45C model 3S high-rate battery packs, three-string high rate lithium battery packs 409003 string battery packs, 12.0V 20-45AH or more nice performance leadacid batteries.

& Light Flashing: green light flashing once (every 3 seconds or so output a low spots welding pulse); green light flashing twice (every 3 seconds or so output a medium spots welding pulse); green light flashing three times (every 3 seconds or so output a high spots welding pulse); the Red light is keep on (4-speed automatic spots welding, press about 1-second spots welding once)

& Welding Indicator: For each spots welding output, a is briefly sounded once, and the indicator flashes green.



Optional Welding Pen & Accessories: Thickened pure copper welding pen design, with alumina copper spots welding needles to ensure high current passing capacity and durability. Complete kit of accessories, ready for use.
