Principle and structure of pressure gauge:

Principle:

The pressure gauge uses the elastic deformation of the sensitive components (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) in the watch, and the conversion mechanism of the watch movement transmits the pressure deformation to the pointer, which rotates the pointer to display the pressure.

Structure:

1. Overflow hole:

If the Bourdon tube is broken, the internal pressure will be released to the outside through the overflow hole to prevent the glass panel from breaking. Note: To maintain the normal performance of the overflow hole, please leave a space of at least 10mm behind the workbench, and do not modify or blocks the overflow hole.

2. Pointer:

In addition to standard pointers, other pointers are also optional. (Zero adjustment pointer maximum pointer or setting pointer) Please list in the selection table.

3. Glass panel

In addition to standard glass, glass of other special materials, such as tempered glass and non-reflective glass, are also optional.

4. Performance classification:

Normal type (standard), steam normal type (M), heat-resistant type (H), vibration-proof type (V), steam vibration-proof type (MV), heat-resistant vibration-proof type (HV).

Processing methods:

Prohibition of oil/prohibition of water treatment. Remove residual water or oil from wet parts during the manufacturing process.

Appearance name:

Shell color. Except standard color, please specify clearly.

Throttle valves:

In order to reduce the pulsating pressure, a throttle valves is installed at the pressure inlet.

Pulsating pressure:

Due to the pulsation characteristics of the pumps in the pressure generator, the special diagnostic curve of the pressure gauge has a larger amplitude. This is very harmful to pressure gauges.

Welding method:

There are three connection methods for the pressure gauge connection part:

1. Brazing. Used for the connection of copper materials

2. Silver-copper brazing. Used to connect copper and stainless steel materials

3. TIG welding. Used to connect stainless steel materials

Precautions for using pressure gauge

1. The instrument should be installed horizontally, and better to maintain the same level position as the measuring point, otherwise the accuracy error caused by the liquid level difference should be considered.

2. Avoid vibration, including the environment, and contact with instruments, pipes, etc.,

3. If the operating temperature deviation is too large, other temperature errors must be considered.

4. The measured pressure should be maintained at two-thirds of the total pressure of the instrument.

5. The ambient air around the instrument storage environment must not contain harmful impurities that can cause corrosion.

6. The meter should be properly kept before and after use to avoid collision and strong vibration.
