Installation: For dual fan wiring, you would need two of this relay kit. Easy to follow wiring diagram simplify wiring your electric fans. RED to 12VDC positive battery terminal, COFFEE to Fan Positive, BLAto Ignition, GREY to Sending Unit per wiring diagram. Direct repment part fits 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch cooling fans.

Package Include: This electric cooling fan thermostat kit contains everything you need, including 40A relay, wiring harne, thermostat switch, 3/8" to 1/2" adapter, in-line fuse holder, 2 20 amp , 8 ring terminals and 4-wire connector. Temperature switch turns on fan approximately at 185 Degrees and Off at 175 Degrees.

NOTE: The thermostat MUST be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine MUST be grounded. The thermostat supplied with this kit is OE style to mount in the cylinder head of the engine or any water et if needed.

NOTE: You can or solder larger wires if you plan to install a high-spec fan. 14 AWG (15 amp) wire not large enough for high current consumption.
