How to use:
1.Open the cover of compartment,take off the insulating strip and put the cover again
2.Press ON/OFF button to begin temperature measurement
3.Push /F to switch between ℃ and ℉
4.Press HOLD button to lock monitored temperature value
5.Push the /MIN button,the maximal and minimal measurement results will be saved and displayed respectively.Pressing the key for 3s,will clear the results
6.Pushing ON/OFF button will turn off the off.
