Product didnt meet specifications

I for the records purchase same product some 3 weeks ago (medium to be precise), it didnt meet the user specifications. I further made another order this time with large and added specs, sadly, it had same specs with that of medium. Indeed, i have tried continuously to reach the customer service desk for return but has proven futile. Pls help Thank you
