Truthfulness in advertisements

Hi, All the shirts were good for price paid and I loved them. However, the ties that accompanied the shirts were completely different from what was displayed. This can not be an oversight but a deliberate intent to deceive customers since it would be onerous for return. This is below the belt of hard earned reputation in customer service. A little act of distrust can tint the integrity built over the years. Everything matters.....starting with simple truth telling! Thanks!
