I'm disappointed with jumia

I was excited waiting for the phone and when I finally got it, the package did not come with the pin for ejecting the sim card. Part of the screen too has this brownish patches (as though it had fallen in water) which is very visible when the background is white. I'm so disappointed with Jumia because I called the delivery guy who told me to call jumia. I called them that very day but the call centre said they could not help me and that I should send jumia a message on the jumia app which I did. It's been 5 days now and no one has got back to me. The customer service is very poor and like i said, I'm disappointed with jumia
