Maybe you can make it more flexible, so that any can go pick the item up in case the person isn't around. Because last week you guys placed one of my item at the post office and the other at the selected pick up station. It's was so stressful because they told me the other item didn't arrive, and right after I got home,I received another from the post office,and I had to spend extra money on transportation.when I tried asking a friend go pick it up, they ask him to to present his ID in addition to mine. I think maybe you guys should develop a system that allows any one to go pick up the items with a special verification code or something.
