Items were received as shown but the headset has a problem (The first time I turned it on, all the two ears were working but after charging, one ear stopped working so I decided to open it up and check; when I did, the wire was not properly soldered so it detached from where it was soldered to). Please do well to check items (maintenance) before auctioning it for sale please because it may make a customer dissatisfied in your products thank you. I am disappointed in the headset but delighted in the phone and memory card.
