WiFi stopped working after a day

Wondrously disappointed with this- the service (Jumia) and the product itself. This was a replacement/return for a locked one which Jumia gave to me by mistake. Took forever to be exchanged. Had to personally follow up myself on the status of the exchange, going back and forth with a rather rude Jumia person on the phone. Clearly they didn’t want to give my money back to me and would rather waste my time and give me a shifty replacement. It must be a factory default as the WiFi worked only for a day and now can only use phone data. Now although it says I have 6 more days for ‘request for refund’, I am told I am not eligible for refund/exchange on this item. What a waste of time and money. Done with Jumia permanently.
