This feature is activated when the torque is inactive but the bike is on the move in a downhill direction or on a flat terrain with pedal assist or when you apply break - You can confirm this fact from the battery bars on the display as it momentarily increases when your torque is inactive, yet your bike is on the move. Best practice is to use the pedal anytime it is convenient - it is not necessary for the pedal to move the bike.

A 55kg weight can go up to 23KM per hour on a normal terrain road. Battery: The KM distance as specified on batterycapacity is based on a 55kg weight which is theminimum weight of an adult and 55% of the totalweight the bicycle can carry. It is advised that youkeep your battery charged so as to make its rated voltage stay afloat which maximizes the motorspeed. Please note that the distance rated per battery capacity is for one ride covering the distance and not intermittent short rides to  accumulate up to the distance rated.
