If you are sensitive to smell you might wanna put this in your hair in the mornings so it has enough time to air out instead of an hour or two before bed. I cannot count how many times the scent has almost suffocated me at night (that, I will admit is my fault since I know I'm sensitive to smell) but it's a really good product. Will definitely buy again
