How To Replace a Band Saw Tire?
1, Unplug Band saw, loosen saw blade tension and remove blade. Then remove band saw wheel.
2, Once removed, completely remove or cur tire and any residue left behind.
3, part of tire onto wheel rim, then slip a short rod or pipe between tire and wheel. the pipe around rim once to equalize tire's elasticity.
4, Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to tire and wheel surface. and repeat all way around rim. Let glue dry for 24 hours using saw again. 8 inch
Diameter: for 8inch (205mm) bandsaw wheel
Suitable for , , HBS20 band saws using 1400mm & 1425mm bandsaw blades.
