These are PCIe- Riser locks that help prevent your riser from coming dislodged on your mining rig. They work with most motherboards.
These can flex to snap into p and hold secure. They unsnap easily but it is recommended you use a small tool to pry them away from the PCIe slot, as they can break given their size, please be careful when installing/removing them.
