. Why can't the car radio be turned on?

1>Please check the car radio voltage: DC 12V

2> When testing this car radio, you can connect the red wire and the yellow wire to the positive pole of the power supply, and the black wire to the negative pole of the power supply.

3>Replace the same type of insurance test car radio.

Note: Please be sure to use our power cord to connect our car radio, can't plug the original car plug directly into ourhine.

Q2. Why does the car radio display "No Signal" when reversing?

>Please check if the cable of the camera is properly connected to the car radio.

>Note: The video interface of the rear camera must be inserted into the "CAMIN" interface of the car radio.

Q3. Why does the camera display "!" when using USB to watch videos, and "Can't watch videos while driving"?

> Please turn off the "Video Warning" function in the settings, that's it.

Q4. Why does the car radio display the time after it is turned off?

>The punch card is a function of the car radio and cannot be removed

> If you don't need this, you need to unplug the power supply plus and minus.

Q5. Why is there no sound from the car radio when playing music?

>1. When you do not use our original audio cable, please check if your audio cable is suitable for our camera.

>2. Please check if there is any conflict between the lines.

>If the wires are connected, there is no sound when the speaker wire touches the speaker wire, and there is no sound when the power wire touches the speaker wire.

> If the problem persists, use a single speaker to connect a set of audio cables to test the car radio. Connect the four speaker wires separately to see if there is any sound.

Q6. Why can't I find FM?

>1. No radio antenna is plugged in.

>2. Please check that the radio antenna is plugged in properly. Please insert the antenna several times to make it make good contact.

>3. The signal at your location is not good. Please go to a better place to retest.

>4. The radio antenna on the car is broken/no effect; please replace the radio antenna and test again;

Q7. Why can't I connect to the Bluetooth of the car radio?

>1. Open the phone settings interface, turn on Bluetooth in the Bluetooth function, search for Bluetooth devices, and find the Bluetooth model of the player to be paired; if you need a pairing code, please enter 0000; if not, please try 1234 or 123456.

>2. Please try to test this function with other mobile phones. All methods are correct, still can't use bluetooth, please unplug the back of the player and plug it in after 3 minutes.

. The screen UI interface is different than expected.

If you choose to ship from overseas warehouse, thehine version may be old, you can try to upgrade the firmware or you can choose to ship from China, thehine will be a version.

Q2. The received goods have damaged packaging.

Please remember to save the parcel of the expre delivery note , snap the picture of the outer packaging, and the picture of the package for us to check, take a photo and record a video to contact customer service. It is best to ask the logistics provider for a certificate of damage. If the logistics problem is confirmed, we will compensate you or reiue it.

Q3. There is a stripe problem during the use of the screen.

There are generally two reasons for this. One is the screen failure caused by extrusion during logistics and transportation. If this is the reason, please refer to above. Second, there is a problem with the screen of thehine its, you can contact customer service to compensate or reiue the screen.

Q4. Important notice before installation: Please read carefully!!!

Yellow line (for memory wire) connected to the battery constant current positive, thehine will have memory function.

Red line pick the key to the ACC line, this line is also positive, control power switch. Black wire connected to the negative power supply.

Blue line connected lift the antenna or subwoofer REM control line, if not have do not connected, wrapped up with rubberized fabric.

The remaining eight wires(gray green purple) are speaker line, a group of colors corresponding to a pair of speaker lines (positive and negative).

Please pay attention to check whether the original car speaker cable if contact (the original car speaker wire welding to the metal, or a speaker only a line thow out, called contact ). contact will cause our high-powerhine without sound, please test it with a multimeter before install, if contact , please disconnect and then install.

Q5.The following conditions may cause thehine to burned:

1. Can not use the original car plug directly connected to our newhine, do not match will lead to thehine burned, part of thehine can be shared please consult customer service.

2. If you buy a 12V voltage product do not install to 24V voltage models, otherwise it will cause thehine burned.

3. When wiring, speaker cable and power cord together, will cause a short circuit, lead thehine burned/unable to boot orhine without sound.

Q6. The camera equipped with the purchase does not work.

Please confirm whether the camera is wired incorrectly. You can refer to the picture below for wiring, or search for a video reference on how to wire the 4led camera on the YouTube. If there is no problem with the camera wiring, please contact customer service to reiue the camera.
