These are PCIe- Riser locks that help prevent your riser from coming dislodged on your mining rig. They work with most motherboards.
These can flex to snap into place and hold secure. They unsnap easily but it is recommended you use a small tool to pry them away from the PCIe slot, as they can break given their size, please be careful when installing/removing them.
