Product details

Power supply:Users need to supply power according to their own 6-24V battery, and the welding current is about 100A~200A;For common 0.1mm~0.5mm nickel-plated sheet welding.
Power supply voltage: 6V-24V, It is recommended to use within 6-18V, because the voltage is too high, the spark will be very large, and it is difficult to weld
Working current: 100-200A, The best working current is about 150A Note: If the discharge is lower than 100A, it will not work. A battery with a large discharge current will directly affect the welding effect.
When spot welding, just place the soldering pen on the nickel sheet lightly. Do not press the soldering pen with force. The distance between the two soldering pins is a little closer. If the solder joint is black, lower the gear, and if the molten pool is too small, increase the gear.

20AH motorcycle battery 2-3 in parallel
2S-5S 4000mah 30C or more discharge model aircraft battery.
