How To Make 3D Gracilaria Jelly
STEP 1: Making Transparent Base
What you need: 1 liter of water, 160gr sugar, 10gr konnyaku jelly .
1) Mix Konnyaku jelly and sugar.
2) Pour it into the water, stir well.
3) Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely.
4) Take out bubbles while cooking.
5) Pour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly.
6) Leave a little bit of hot jelly for step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.

STEP 2: Making Colored Jelly For Flowers/Leaves
What you need: 300 ml water, 80gr sugar, 5g konnyaku jelly , 200ml milk, food .
1) Mix Konnyaku jelly and sugar.
2) Pour it into the water, stir well.
3) Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely.
4) Take out bubbles while cooking.
5) Add heated milk continue cooking until the boils.
6) Pour the hot jelly into different cups and add food colors.
7) Keep the colored jelly in the bain-marie before putting it in syringes or bottles with special needles.

STEP 3: Making Flowers/Leaves
What you need: jelly scoop, syringes or luer lock tip bottles with special needles.
Let your dexterity and creativity blooms.

STEP 4: Finishing The Base
1) Add the remain hot jelly made in Step 1 into the mould.
2) Leave everything set firmly.
3) Turn the mould upside down. Take out the jelly and enjoy.
